At 2WD your satisfaction is in the first place, part of our job is to keep your privacy. The data you give us is simply used to effect orders and to offer you a comfortable way to purchase our goods.

What sort of information do we collect? How do we use it?
- When you place an order for us, we have to ask you for your name, e-mail address, delivery address, perhaps even bank code and account number. Then we can effect your order and inform you at any time on the delivery status.

- If you wish to receive our e-mail newsletter we only need your e-mail adress. Then we will send you news to the brands which you have chosen before, e.g. O’Neal, Cycra etc.

-The data of your purchases will also be used to elaborate our recommendations for you. We are always striving to improve the appearance and structure of our range of products, therefore we also do analyse the habits of our customers on our internet domains. The collected data is also used to inform you from time to time on special offers, new products and other acitivities.

-If the data material is used for the purpose of improving our customer service or for technical reasons within the company 2WD we will look after the data protection interests of our customers to the full extent.


What is meant by "Cookies"?
